How many balls does The Ball Pro hold?
The Ball Pro holds 70+ pickleballs, tennis or padel balls.
Do I have to assemble it?
The Ball Pro comes fully assembled and ready to go! Unbox it and hit the court!
Is there an order limit?
Orders are limited to 10 per order. For larger quanities, please email us at theballpro@theballpro.com.
What are the dimensions and how much does it weight?
The ball pro is 33 inches tall and the bag expands out to 18 inches. It is super light weight at just under 2 lbs.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of being placed. You will receive an email with tracking information for the estimated arrival time. You can track your order using the carrier’s online tracking system. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination address.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days. Email us at support@theballpro.com for a return authorization label.
• Item must be unused or lightly tested (no visible wear).
• Must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless defective or damaged).
• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
• Used, damaged, or repackaged items are not accepted.
Does The Ball Pro come with a Warranty?
Yes! All registered Ball Pros come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship, for products purchased or shipped within and used in the United States or Canada.
